Joseph’s Home

Funding to Joseph’s Home to help medically fragile adults experiencing homelessness obtain housing and rebuild their lives. In 2021-22, 67% of clients served demonstrated improvement in medication management and 72% were able to increase their activities of daily living skills. All clients were referred to primary care and/or mental health providers as well as for social service support and legal aid; and most (90%) were able to develop or maintain stable housing plans.
